“More than perfect! We loved our stay.”

This place is perfect and has more than everything! A very nice bed, very clean, the best hot shower we had during our trip in Mexico and a beautiful house. We even played pool with the owner and his friend. The owner is really kind and friendly, speaks perfectly English and helped us many times with all our questions. The place is near some nice restaurants and supermarkts and also has a very nice terrace outdoor. This place is perfect if you want to visit El Chiflon. Thank you again for this very lovely and super warm visit, we would definitely come back again!!

“Great accommodation”

A beautiful privat accommodation with a very nice and helpful landlord. The rooms and sanitary rooms were very clean and the beds super comfortable. The accommodation is not super central but you can reach the main park within 20-25 min walking which gives you the opportunity to see a bit of the city.

“Outstanding hosts who provide a cozy and welcoming place!”

Hosts were extremely personable and accommodating! Even though Google Maps somehow led us to another location and subsequently, we remained lost for some time, we managed to find the location with the help of a few locals. Once we arrived at where we thought was the correct location and although a bit late, we were warmly welcomed, and provided lots of great information for our stay. Additionally, we were able to communicate with the hosts as often as needed and for whatever was needed. Not only this, but each day, we managed to see one of the hosts and have a wonderful conversation about what to do in, as well as around the city.

“Lovely stay in Comitan”

We had an amazing stay here! The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable, also a good hot shower. The hosts are super kind and helpful, they can give lots of recommendations. It's around 15 to 20 minutes walking to the center, for us it was fine and therefore the neighbourhood was quiet. In front of the house there's a nice pizzeria and in the street there's kiosks and local food.

Everything was perfect. The place is located in a quiet area, it is 10 minutes from station with Collectivo. The house is very beautiful and clean. The hosts are very nice and helpful. We could also used the kitchen.

The staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions for trips around the area. They also lots of suggestions about places to eat in the city. The room was also very comfortable and i would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit comitan, El chiflon, and lagunas de Montebello.

“Excellent, comfortable and clean home with fantastic hosts!”

The host (Carlos) and his family are wonderful and helpful. The home is lovely, extremely clean and the kitchen has anything you might need to use, as well as coffee that they very kindly share with guests! The neighborhood has fruit shops, a little bakery, tiendas and is within a few blocks of ATMs, pharmacies and the historical part of town.

Great room in a great location, just off the main road and close to the buses and collectivos, but not busy or noisy. Carlos and his wife are super friendly and very helpful. Carlos speaks great English for those who aren’t so fluent in Spanish like myself, which was super convenient l. He helped me with suggestions on how to get to Comitan, where to ask the driver to let me off the collectivo, suggested places to visit and restaurants to eat and even dropped me off at a next town (Tzimol) for a tour I had there. The room is very spacious with an en-suite bathroom, the bed is very comfortable and all is super clean. It’s a shame I didn’t spend more time here. Can highly recommend and if ever I travel to Comitan again, I know where I’ll be staying. Note that there are two rooms available at this property by the way. The one I stayed in, habitación agradable, and seeet dreams, which is very similar (maybe a little better, but there was another guest staying in that room already). Also feel it’s necessary to mention that Comitan is very much worth while visiting and am glad I did despite some people advising against it.

I loved my stay at this Habitacion agradable. The room is super spacious, quiet and comfortable, just perfect for me to recharge batteries between my travels. You have access to ample library with chilling area and a terrace. In the morning you get treated to the best and strongest coffee in Chiapas, delish (!). The hosts, Carlos and Maria are lovely and pleasure to talk to. Carlos is super helpful with all his tips and quick in his responses to all messages. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back. Muchos gracias :)

This is more like a private room within somebody’s house, but with as much privacy as desired. I liked the comfort and how well the house is presented with good quality amenities. And very pleasant and attentive hosts.
