A very charming place with all the flowers and beautiful surroundings. Nightingales did a proper sing off at night.

The location is lovely and the little cottage is perfect if travelling with cats. The cats enjoyed access to the garden and seemed quite relaxed in the cottage.

“Lovely little cottage in the south of France”

I loved that we were on a farm - it was quiet and peaceful. All we really needed was a quiet night to get rest and reset after a day of driving. I liked that there was a kitchen to prepare food and enjoy the little space - as plant based / gluten free it is often impossible to get food in these small towns. The host also provided tea and coffee which was pretty welcome.

“A lovely Holiday Home in the vineyard area”

It’s a lovely Holiday Home with a comfortable bed, a little kitchen with a stove and an oven. Nice hot shower. Very nice hosts.

“Very bad place”

The kitchen had no extractor fan, the microwave was broken, the ceramic hob only worked one of two. There was only one old frying pan that was too big for the stove. The bed and pillows were unconfortable and were no bedside tables.

Self contained apartment on the ground floor of the house with direct access to a terrace. Plenty of room and lovely hosts. A quiet country break from the usual hustle and bustle of towns and cities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have extended our stay if our plans had allowed it.

Cecile and Olivier were the best hosts we could ask for. Not only is the apartment part of their home, they treated us like family. So knowledgeable and friendly. The apartment was clean and quiet and the morning coffee was a nice touch. You need a car since it's secluded but you cannot ask for a more wonderful host or a better value.

The location was peaceful and serene, the supermarket wasn't far and the place had most things that we needed. It was what we expected of a rural environment.

The place needs some refurbishment. We could not sleep due to the place been run down with mosquitoes . In the morning we all had mosquitoes bite that were very irritating staying with us for several days.

“Comfortable Studio Apartment”

Good size studio apartment for 2 to 3 people (third person uses a sofa bed). Although not equipped with air conditioning, that apartment was well shaded so naturally cool. Nice outdoor patio area. The owners are very friendly and helpful. For us it was a great location to explore the local villages and vineyards. There is a parking space next to the apartment. Good facilities nearby in Capendu.
