Attractive, historically interesting, location. Reasonably quiet. Friendly hostess. Medium priced restaurant at street level. Interesting, if not entirely functional, decor. Outdoor seating (albeit shared with two other apartments).

Very nice apartment next to canal and near Loire river with nice walk to restaurants and bakery in town apartment has everything you want for your stay even a sun terrace with chairs and tables

This is a quite outstanding property. It is well equipped, modern and comfortably furnished, offering the freedom of self-catering with efficient cooking facilities as well as a washing machine. It's real forte is its situation, on a small island between the Loire canal and river, beautifully scenic yet quiet. If you are a cyclist then you have hit the jackpot, with countless miles of gorgeous countryside to admire from the saddle. A restaurant/cafe nearby is an added bonus. The owner, Brigitte, is a bubbly, personable and helpful lady who is a mine of information regarding the surroundings and places to visit. We stayed in September, a time of warm sunshine, and had a truly memorable experience.

“Lovely stay, would come again.”

Location. 50 metres from Canal, River Loire, and Cycle path straight into Orleans, 4 miles. Shared terrace with adjoining property. We took chairs from terrace to sit under trees and look at superb views and sunsets over Loire. Property had secure place to store our cycles but need to take padlocks for cycles. Brigitte was a lovely host who welcomed us with water, bread, butter and milk, tea/coffee. Car parking was free but 100 metres away.
