The location of the apartment is great as it is situated 30 m from the beach only. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable, large enough, we really appreciated the silent running of the air condition. The breakfasts were not rich, but sufficient and what we really appreciated was the possibility of having gluten-free breakfast. There is also a possibility of borrowing bikes. In a short distance from the accommodation there are several good restaurants offering traditional Italian cuisine.

Perfectly located literally on the beach with a corner shop and restaurants nearby. Extremely accommodating and helpful owners. The room was spacious with its own entrance and a little terrace.

It is a good apartment very close to the beach. Parking place is in the property. The breakfast was good and enough but not exceptional. We could pay with bankcard and the free wifi was good.

The host managers, two friendly ladies, made a genuine effort to provide good service despite their limited English. They used body language effectively to ensure we understood everything. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We also appreciated the free parking and the convenient location, which is only a 1.5-hour drive from both Venice and Bologna airport. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two adults and two kids, which made our stay more comfortable.

Very close to the see, nice, new building. Friendly owners. Every room has its separated path, ideal after Covid. Has a small "garden" to dry your clothes and outdoor meals. Nearby a forest with roes, really.

“Ideal for a beach holiday”

Warm welcome. Ideal for us as we had a dog and the room has its own entry from the garden. Its seconds away from a beach where dogs are allowed. The room was spacious and very clean. The large bed was comfortable and the area quiet so we had an excellent sleep. I would certainly return. Parking is on site in a secure car park. The whole area is within a secure fence.

Accomodation is really very close to the beach. The room was nice and big and was also equipped with a small refrigerator and a kettle with a choice of teas. We appreciated private parking and most of all mosquito nets on the windows.

We arrived after driving 350 km. The ;property was closed. No one answered the telephone. We had to drop the car and try to find some place to wait for somebody coming. It happened in about 30 min. As the door and window look the same side the room is rather stuffy. Besides it was quite noisy in the night. Anyway the stuff was quite pleasant.
