“Very dirty”
Cockroaches, filthy towels, disgusting bathtub and terrible treatment of the visitor, not knowing how dirty everything was and changing rooms 3 times without improving the conditions of the rooms.

“Didn't even end up staying here. Cancelled the room after terrible service and still had to pay.”
I came into town to go to a funeral and I requested early check-in so that I could change into dress clothes. When I went to check in the guy at the desk was extremely rude. He said that I could not check in until that evening and I showed him the email where I made the request and booking.com forwarded it onto him and he approved it, but he said nothing showed on his end. I left and cancelled the room through booking.com, but was still charged the entirety of the room. I ended up booking at another hotel in town and the front desk let me know that I would have been appalled by the lack of cleanliness at Quality Inn anyway. Save yourself the trouble and shell out some extra money for a better stay somewhere else and where the employee talks to you like you are an actual person.

The breakfast is pretty darn good for the space and star rating. They have the waffle maker and toaster, a variety of yogurt, hot scrambled eggs, bagels, fresh fruit, and spreads. It's a convenient grab and go style breakfast where you can choose to select some items and leave or have a sit down morning meal. The staff keep the space very clean, and orderly. Also, my bedding was clean, as well as the fridge, microwave, and shower.
