Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very overwhelming for the staff but they did the best they could due to the amount of people that flooded the breakfast area.

I loved the staff. They were very helpful, polite, and very forthcoming about what was going on in the hotel. The hotel was clean, and throughout the day, staff was continuously cleaning.

“Embarrassing experience never again”
Have stayed in May Hyatts on the east coast hundreds of times. Arrived and sat on the couch for a hour, then showered, nothing there was bites all over my body by bed bugs or some bug in the room. Went down stairs and was talk to someone was rudely talked to by some woman who told me “well I don’t know how you live” I even showed her all the bites all over my body and was told “Well I don’t have any rooms so I don’t know what you want me to do. My manager not here so if I give your your money back you can go somewhere else. This was such an embarrassing moment. After this I doubt I will ever use Hyatt again. I’ll just pay a little extra next time for a better establishment.

Cost of a room at this hotel location is always reasonable and the staff is 💯 rooms are clean, facility and nearby Resturant is within steps of the hotel. Columbiansmall area is 5 minutes away as well.
