“We didnt receive any cleaning services and and the staff was unprofessional”
The breakfast options were good but the hours were weird. Most hotels end breakfast at 10 am but this hotel ended at 9:30 am. The black out curtains were great.

“We will 100% stay here any time we are in Columbia from now on. Everything was excellent.”
The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and catered to my whole group's various food allergies. Staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were both surprisingly large and very clean.

“Helpful, friendly staff, they kindly let me check out later than normal as I had an evening flight”
Usual eggs and potatoes, but also Greek yoghurt in the fridge, and a fast toaster for bagels etc. Very good.
