“Poor”
Pool was closed. Could have been told that when I called to say there would only be one person staying not 4 and yet rate was the same. Then the air was not fixed in room so go to use Jacuzzi and can't ant have to move rooms. Just glad I didn't bring the family and pay for pet boarding as originally planned. Want be back or recommend
