Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Customer service was very nasty upon arrival. I booked my stay for 3 nights and they refused to take Apple Pay or cash for a deposit after I paid the whole 3 nights stay for $346. I told them I forgot my card and paid on the website with Apple Pay. I ended up driving 5 hours back. When I called the hotel they kept hanging up on me. Literally worst customer service ever. Very rude and nasty. I asked to speak to a manager on Thursday and I was told the manager won’t be in until Monday, so the hotel doesn’t have anyone in charge not even an assistant manager? Make it make sense. They charged my full amount when I didn’t even step foot in the room. I would give 0 if I could. This is unbelievable. How I’m I charged when they refused to check me in and charged my card before I even arrived to check in…..

We had to find a place closed to highway as we needed a place to rest after a long drive. We were close to Columbus so I had to make decision where to go. Best Western was not a bad place just for the night. Then we had to get back to the road first thing in the morning. Place was clean, rate per night was reasonable. Restaurants were walking distance..Didnt have much time to see the place as we got there late.

“Great Place for Family”
I loved that it had a pool to distract the kiddos in addition to having a clean place. The selection for breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety. I will be back!

We traveled from Kentucky where we had stayed at a Micro-Hotel. Upon arrival at your hotel, we were very pleasantly surprised by the size of our room! It was HUGE!! The beds are very comfortable and overall, everything was squeaky clean! PLENTY of towels / wash cloths and pillows. ( I usually have to ask for more.) There were smokers in our group and they were pleased with the easy access to the smoking areas outside. Some may think that the prices are too high, but let me tell you, this place is worth EVERY dime you spend!!
