We did stay because we were stuck in a blizzard on I80. No way to get a refund.

A women entered the room during the evening. She had a room key that worked in the door. I don't know if it was an employee or if a guest room key worked in more than one room. She just said, Oh, I have the wrong room. This is unacceptable.
