“I was shocked at the problems we had with check in, the over-charging and the condition of the room.”
The front desk person was not very friendly and could not find my booking.com check in. They charged me $131.50 for the room since they couldn't find the reservation. Once I got hold of a booking.com person who called to clear up the confusion of the desk person, she still couldn't refund the extra money she had charged me. When they went in the next morning to refund me, they charged me a second time. I think I paid for this room 3 times then. The property is in terrible condition. The room wasn't as clean as I expect. The carpet and chairs were stained. The bathtub had rusty water laying in the bottom of it. All, in all, a terrible experience for which I was greatly overcharged.
