“I would stay again depending on where I had to be in the DC/Maryland area.”
Check-in was easy and very simple. During my recent stay, the building had two false alarms but the fire department arrived almost immediately and cleared the building for re-entry shortly thereafter.

“Great and comfortable stay”
It was my second time and this time things were so much better and unit was clean. Check in was smoother and easy.. I appreciated their help and flexibility when I needed to extend my stay.. I had a baby with me and instead on moving me to another unit..they worked it out that I stay in the same unit to avoid the hassle of moving my stuff and baby. I had a great stay

“The worse hotel I have ever stayed in!”
There was nothing about this hotel that I liked. The management and employees lack professionalism. Isabella behaves rudely toward the guests. When she is in the office, she instructs her employees to pretend otherwise. I asked to speak with Isabella about instructing her cleaning workers to stop cleaning my room in the middle of my paid cleaning, I asked her to check if Isabella was in. After telling me no, Amira turned to walk out the back. After about five minutes of waiting, Isabella rudely assisted one of the guests. When I complained to manager Noelle about Rich fraternizing with me and provided her with evidence, she waved away my concerns. I'll be turning these issues into the HR department; As I have confirmation of several HR policies being violated at this hotel. The air quality in the unit I was staying in made me very ill and Noelle informed me that she would not be talking to me about this. The Department of Human Resources has also been notified of this problem. After staying at this hotel for more than 30 days, I was informed that I had an unpaid amount and was therefore required to leave. I sent Noelle a text message including evidence that Booking.com had charged me for the entire stay's cancellation fee. DISREGRET BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL!
