“Cozy homebase for an out of state dog show weekend”
Extremely clean & comfortable room- & very helpful cheerful staff . Breakfast was tasty Really appreciate being able to have our dog with us - the pet fee was reasonable (it was great that they gave us a list of local pet related businesses and had us fill out a little pet info card in case of any questions or issues when we were out of the room— I do suggest they add one more line for an alternate contact number in case of some weird human emergency so a family or friend could pick up the dog) They were happy to our stay for one more night so we could rest up before driving a long way home in daylight— much appreciated

“The Best Small Hotel I have stayed in years.”
The Hampton Inn was the nicest small hotel I have stayed in for years. I travel a lot to places where the hotels are not as good as Hiltons. I was astonished with the quality of the hotel.

The staff exceeded all of my expectations. Kamari, Tatiyana, Naoimi, Kristy, Candace, Myarim, and Shanel were all so friendly and provided nothing but excellent customer service. I see why this hotel is always in high demand and quick to sell out in the Columbia North location

I highly recommend this business, because Ms. Kamari Robinson customer service is second to none. Her product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with Ms. Kamari's professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. This is my go-to place for Hampton Inn by Hilton in Columbia, MD being the best in town. Ms. Kamari's is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Pricing is fair and transparent - value for money. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of Ms. Kamari's service. I recommend that you keep Ms. Kamari around as long as possible, and consider promoting her, as she has proven today that she is more than qualified to be considered for a senior manager's position.
