I had an issue with a grocery delivery from Walmart & the nice young lady at the front desk helped me resolve it...I greatly appreciate it... I tried to give her a tip, but she wouldn't accept it...she went above & beyond...thank you!

Place wasn't clean, towels have stains beds have stains and hair 🤢 only have hot water for a few minutes and a big problem with homeless in parking lot staff wasn't no where to be found

They lied and kept my deposit. I feel other than that; it would have been a great place to stay, and refer colleagues, but after my last experience, I'm not so sure.

When we arrived to check in, I had specifically asked to be placed in a wheelchair accessible studio in the long term stay side. We were there for training/match trays for the para Olympic training center so it was only 15 min away from there. The front desk young lady was new and she didn’t know about all the rooms yet so she did her best to find one, however it was not. They were booked out. The manager after I let them know that it was necessary, went and found one for us and took care of everything. I am very pleased with the staff and property. It was quiet and my dogs were very welcomed. The internet however never worked but we naive our own Wi-Fi so we made do. The room was very clean and bathroom was very accessible. I will say that the manager was very sweet and professional. Will stay there again when we come back for more training
