“Travele‘s nightmare”
Very disappointing. We had a valid reservation from Booking.com (non cancellable) but it was not retrievable in the hotel‘s system and the hotel was fully booked out. The employee at the reception was helpless and just left us with solving the problem with booking.com rather than looking for a solution. Poor management and employee training.

“Amazing location, scenic views and incredible staff!!”
Front desk staff were incredible! So welcoming and a wealth of information surrounding the area and places to visit/sightsee. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. Free parking and Wifi a bonus! Loved the choice of pillows - soft or firm was a lovely touch. Heating worked really well. Loved the option of having a kitchen. Also loved the free laundry service option.

“I chose this hotel to be away from the city. The hotel did not disappoint.”
The size of the room and amenities were excellent. The hot breakfast and coffee a definite plus.
