The toilet in the room was broken and didn’t flush. Also the people above us had children running around the room till 11pm and then up at 5am.

“Great location! Friendly staff.”
Individual staff were friendly and very helpful. Not sure what her name is, think she is one of the senior staff or one of the managers - Dephne? was very helpful and so friendly. And Anthony was also very friendly and generally an 'all around' nice person to speak to. The location was perfect for what I wanted and needed to do.
