“A good facility in a convenient location”
The location was convenient to every place we wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied, with hot items as well as cereal, muffins, and yogurt (but no plain unsweetened type). All in all, a pleasant stay.

“Just another pillow to lay my head on.”
Nice to be able to grab something to put in your belly. and the fact that you could get coffee all day long -- huge plus!

“Over all it was good”
The over all hotel was nice and comfortable and good location . The breakfast was good also , But staff was not friendly

“They lost a good customer based on our stay in Colorado Springs.”
Reservations made directly with hotel personnel was a nightmare. I had to ask for a confirmation number, which I was given verbally and promised an email to confirm. Never got the email, so I tried to call the hotel back a few days later. Could not get through and tried for hours. When we got there, they claimed my reservation had been cancelled despite my giving them the confirmation #. Then they overcharged me and did not give the confirmed rate. I had to deal with the rate issue for the entire period of our stay (4 days). The promised breakfast was non-existent—they only had oranges, apples and packaged granola bars. I had to ask for coffee. The day we left, they said they were starting breakfast up again but when we showed up 6:15 am for an early departure, there was no breakfast set up, no coffee, nothing yet the posted hours were 6 am - 9 am. Another couple was there. A person said they changed breakfast hours to 7-9 am. That is so not going to work for business travelers. I will not choose Fairfield by Marriott again despite us being long members of the hotel program. Last 2 stays in Fairfield’s have been like this. We are done.
