This hotel has been so so so wonderful. Went there for our last day in Colonia de St Jordi - we spent the 2 nights before on the other side of this village. And wauw, everything has been excellent. First of all, the check in - so friendly (I believe she was called Maria), really great vibes. She took our luggage, and welcomed us with a welcome drink (cava and zumo/juice) with the ocean view on the terrace. Then the room, wonderful and really great view on the ocean. They even left us a bottle of Cava, as I indicated that it was the birthday trip of my girlfriend ! We enjoyed the Sunset there, and right after we did a wonderful sunset walk on the beach next door. The night had a wonderful Flamenco program, and once again the staff was great - had a great talk with the bar staff from Barcelona here. Although we were not in Andalucia, the Flamenco show was actually great - I enjoyed it a lot. Then, I wanted to use the gym for a little - and while many hotels have tight closing times, I was actually able to use this (as long as I was a bit quiet, as it was after 11/12). I appreciated this a lot ! In the morning, I had a business call that overlapped with the check-out time at 12. They gave me a little flexibility on that, and they took care of our luggage before we moved on later that afternoon. Long story short, this was an excellent example to any other hotel on how you treat your guests the right way. I have just good words only, and apart from the excellent location at the ocean (wonderful sunsets, close to the salt fields), the staff has been incredible really. Muchisimas gracias, y espero que nos vemos pronto !
