“Good, but customer service needs a lot of improvement!”
The room and beds were comfortable. However, the fan in the room wasn’t working. Also, the major issue we faced was that the room key stopped working again and again, it happened almost every time we came out of the room (and no, the keys were nowhere near our phones). We had to go to the reception desk every time but while they changed our key, no technician came to check the door. At dinner, when we asked for a kids Mac and cheese for our 3 year old, the waiter never told us it was a proper adult sized portion. Our kid could only eat about 1/4th of the size. The remaining was a waste. If they had informed us earlier, we could have shared it with our kid and wouldn’t have spent the money on ordering another dish. When we asked if we could take away the remaining to be eaten later, the waiter said yes, but later after waiting for 15-20 mins, he said it was not possible.

“Probably a good place for families/kids”
Large property with lots of things to do - lovely outdoor pool, lake for boating and paddle boards, putting, driving range, bikes etc. Slightly out of town so you need a car or taxi to go to Colonia to visit or for dinner. Bed in the room was super comfortable

This is not a Golf Resort as suggested. Because of Sheraton/Booking misleading publicity and information I made a wrong decision booking and checking inn in this hotel. They only have 5 holes to play golf. Next day, I checked out and had to move to another location loosing time and money. They charged me the whole stay. 5 nights. Truly, I've been robbed. USD 844. By who? By Sheraton? By Booking? We'll see. Maybe justice will have to decide.

Pretty much everything. But we only slept, went to the pool and had breakfast. The pool, the bed, the view.
