“The perfect sunset location”

The location is spectacular with the best sunset view in town and the room was perfect with a high ceiling and French windows - so charming. Serrano cafe next door owned by the hosts does the best coffee, breakfast and lunch. Emiliano and his team were very helpful too.

This lovely little apartment has a beautiful rooftop where you can sit and watch the sunset. The apartment is clean and well set out. The host is friendly and helpful and it’s great value for money. Perfect for exploring this charming town.

Location was fantastic, right by the sea in the historic barrio. Really cute little apartment in historic building. Loved the roof terrace. It was cold when we stayed there but we took a blanket up to the terrace and watched the sunset with a bottle of wine. Could even see Buenos Aires in the distance.

Terrace as a great view for sunset, location is perfect, deal with the restaurant right next to it and discounts, host is really kind and responds fast, entry is easy, appartement is really cute and clean, facilities are as indicated. I would recommend !

“A beautiful place t stay”

A superb location only yards from the River in the Old Town. The room was spacious and airy with fantastically high ceilings and air conditioning. Whilst the kitchen facilities were less than we expected we were still able to have drinks and snacks. Our host Emiliano was brilliant. He spoke very good English which negated our lack of Spanish. He was charming, polite an extremely helpful. The bed was a little uncomfortable but it did not detract from the pleasure of our stay. Casa Francis is in the heart of the tourist area and the choices for eating out were immense. Similarly the shops for basic requirements were diverse and plentiful. In the evening we sat on the rooftop terrace and watched the sunsets, and found the local habit of applauding sundown charming. The lights of Buenos Aires could just be seen across the width of the River Platte

As soon as we entered the property, we booked another night! We wish we could have stayed for longer! The owners are so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, had a dining area, kitchen area, hot shower and toiletries. They gave us helpful instructions to get to the hotel, gave lots of useful information about the area and offer 20% off in their cafe next door. The rooftop has a perfect view of the sea and sunset. The location is great.

The location of Casa Francis is absolutely amazing. We stayed in apartment #4 which has the sea view and it is almost like being on a ship. And when you go to the shared roof top terrace, the view is even better. This is a prime location and the apartment is a real gem.

The location is excellent right in the center of the old town. The electronic outer door control worked really well. The apartment met our needs in every way.

Superb location and an extremely helpful and friendly host who sent us comprehensive instructions via Whatsapp so that we could access the apartment. The views from the rooftop terrace were amazing and the host, who now owns the excellent cafe next door, gave us excellent recommendations for dinner in the evening (Casa Viera - just over the road).
