“Unacceptable”

I had a terrible experience. The host could not find time to either bring the keys or locate where the keys were stored. I stay on the street for more than 5 hours wandering about like a nomad.

Property is calm , well situated , nearby supermarkets, cinema, swimming pool. Apartment is nicely decorated , extremely clean and with all the needed equipments.

Spacious apartment, good location, easy to reach, if you are lucky there is free parking in front of the house. The bed is comfortable, the apartment is quiet, I was not disturbed by any noise there. The kitchen is well equipped, there is also a terrace. There is a small grocery store nearby that is open until midnight, which was a big help because I arrived in Toulouse late at night, so I could not shop there. The host was helpful, I got a lot of information, it was easy to find the key in a street box (I found a parking space right in front of it). It was also easy to find the gate, I only missed two pieces of information, finding the trash was more difficult and that on certain days there is a market in the nearby square, where cars can park outside. Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation.

I confidently recommend this appartement. It was clean and completely comfortable. And the host very kindly. Parking is convenient and there is a large supermarket right nearby.
