“Practical, clean, good size.”
Overall the apartment was spacious, and had a good size bedroom, lounge area, kitchen area, and bathroom. Clean. There was plenty of space to park our car, and we didn't have to walk far to the apartment, which was in a secure area. Near the autoroute, so a good location if you are passing through or visiting Toulouse.

“Overpriced and lacking security”
Friendly staff but it is a struggle if you book last minute or you don’t speak French. Property is spacious but very dated and definitely needs major renovation.

I didn't have a great start of my holiday. Got to the hotel late after 9pm. Could not get access to the key box because the code received via email was incorrect. Finally after few hours I managed to get the correct code by an incompetent lady on the phone. The next morning, the receptionist team has been fantastic and clearly understood my frustration. They have been very professional and even received a discount for my stay.
