1), Staff are super friendly. Dulan, Ashen,Nuvada and Ann. 2) Food is top notch 3) Beach view is lovely 4) Facilities like table tennis, tennis court and even a chess set was available which is a bonus

Some staff where friendly. Though overall not very accommodating, client service is lacking for foreigners that do not speak any other language but English.

The hotel it's self was ok, the food was also ok.Really disappointed with booking.com for how you portrait this hotel on you're website compared to reality of what it's acutely like.i had booked x2 nights there but cancelled my 2nd night as it was so rubbish. My advise to anyone thinking of booking this hotel don't!

“Lovely staff - a great first base”
The staff at the resort were great, the rooms well presented, and the food options were great. We really enjoyed the cocktail bar, the buffet breakfast and dinner options were great balancing a mix of local and international food, great options for children too
