Incredible location, right in the heart of all the action—couldn't ask for a better spot! An absolute gem. Plus, it's a very new property with everything guests could need. There are a few similar properties nearby, but this one stands out by miles. Its location is unbeatable—right on a street next to everything, yet surprisingly quiet. Everything is within walking distance: food, groceries, fine dining, laundromat, etc. Plus, parking is a breeze for anyone driving. I’d definitely return, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful! we felt very secured with security at the entrance all the time and also someone always at the reception.

My recent stay at this property in Colombo was exceptional in every respect. From the moment I arrived, the level of service provided by the staff was commendable. They were consistently courteous, supportive, and readily available to assist with any request. Their warm demeanor and professionalism contributed greatly to a comfortable and secure stay. The check-in and check-out procedures were remarkably smooth, and I sincerely appreciated the flexibility offered regarding early check-in and late check-out, which was thoughtfully arranged in accordance with guest convenience. The property itself was immaculately maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness evident throughout. Its location was ideal, surrounded by a beautifully kept street and offering convenient access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the view from the balcony was truly impressive and greatly enhanced the overall experience. In summary, this property exemplifies outstanding hospitality, excellent service, and superior comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Colombo and look forward to the opportunity to stay again in the future.

Excellent view of the city ,right near the lotus tower. The apartment was very clean & spacious perfect for what we needed. Central to all the attractions . The host was extremely responsive....even let me know I left beer in the fridge upon check out...highly recommend

“Superb views and super comfy too.”

The apartment had a beautiful view from each bedroom and lounge area- straight to the illuminated Lotus Tower. Air con worked a treat (and much needed in the heat). Beds super comfortable. Conveniently close to a supermarket with everything you need. Restaurant Wildish downstairs made delicious food (pricey though). The pool was beautiful and clean (and quiet). The gym is fantastic and my son and husband enjoyed using it. We walked to the Colombo fort area in about 30 minutes, taking in the sights and sounds. Check in made easy for our late night arrival. Only suggestion is could have used two swipe cards for use of lift and facilities for family of four. We went up the lotus tower during our stay, which was great- could easily spot the twin peaks building from out there. Definitely a stand out in Colombo.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment, ideally located in the heart of Colombo. The building is very modern, with great amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool. The apartment itself was perfectly clean, well-equipped, and offered a beautiful view of the city. Another positive point: the check-in was possible early (12 PM), which was extremely convenient after a long journey. The value for money is excellent, and everything needed for a comfortable stay is available. A great option for a visit to Colombo!

“Superb flat and great value”

Superb flat in a great location. Super responsive host! The washing machine was a godsend after travels around the island (and the local laundries don’t really offer a fast turnaround). I’d highly recommend staying there.
