Overview
Situated on the lakefront in Collingwood, the Living Water Resort boasts an on-site restaurant, an indoor pool and a spa and wellness centre. Each modernly decorated guest rooms feature free WiFi, air conditioning and a flat-screen cable TV. Guest apartments open out to a balcony and enjoy a kitchen or kitchenette for the preparation of meals. Toiletries and a hairdryer stock the bathroom. Some have views of the lake, mountain or garden. The LakeSide Seafood and Grill restaurant is located on site. This resort has 2 hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) as well as the full-service Living Shore Spa, which offers exclusive Aquapath treatments. “Excellent hotel!”
Great room, with a balcony. I enjoyed opening the glass patio door so that I could have fresh air all night for sleeping. Rare these days with sealed windows!

The bed has a very large bed frame and is close to the floor, stubbed my toe on the frame. That really hurt!

“Great place to stay.”
Location was amezing, the lobby was beautiful and welcoming, the sitting area was inviting. The room we stayed in was clean and everything was super easy to use. Usually the TV. Is a big deal to get working in many hotels we stay at, but not at this Living water Resort. Looking forward to staying here again.

Everywhere in the photos it clearly shows a spa and related facilities, and we chose this hotel specifically for that reason. However, during booking there was no information that the spa needs to be reserved 6 weeks in advance. Because of this, we weren’t able to use the spa at all. The staff didn’t properly explain how the reservations work, and we only found out too late that everything had to be booked far in advance. Overall, the communication was very unclear, which made the experience disappointing.
