“Not worth the amount that we paid for this stay.”

First off, we did not know that there were hockey teams booked there for the same nights of our stay. On Friday from around 8PM doors on the 2ndfloor especially close to the elevators were kept banging, loud voices of adults and children were heard from our room, children running in the hallway until 11PM even after the security guard did visits. On Saturday night, we still heard the same and worst was there were boys who knocked at our door pretending to be from the Housekeeping. We did not mind them until one of them pressed the doorbell intended for "deaf/mute guests". The sound was that of an alarm that came with a flickering light. I went out the door to speak to those boys and I saw them running towards the end of the floor and hid. Fortunately, there was a mom with her 2 sons who saw what happened and heard me talking. I went to the reception and complained. The female receptionist, Lorraine and the security on duty told me there was no noise on Friday night and at that very moment I complained. Lorraine had even told my partner that next time we book, we have to ask if there are hockey teams that are booked, too. And as I went back to my room on the 2nd floor, I pointed out a sign that read "Dear Guests, You are entering a quiet area." that was turned upside down. The security guard answered "Well, this did not cause the noise."

Big rooms, friendly staff.

Breakfast was great! All the kids loved it. Pillows were also great in fact, I want to buy some.

Breakfast is excellent. The woman who runs it is a star. She clearly loves her job. The location is edge of town in commercial/industrial area, five minutes' drive to anything of interest. On the plus side, there's a Tim's across the street if that appeals. Facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. I thought the building was 2-3 years old but they told me it was 7.

It was a very nice breakfast, full and plenty and everything was well displayed! We had the opportunity to chat with Danielle who was an employee overseeing the breakfast area, she was very warm and welcoming and provided some great information about the area.

Holiday Inn Express Collingwood was a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly & welcoming & the breakfast, included, was superb!

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I liked that coffee was available in the lobby.

The hotel room doesn't have a water kettle, coffee mugs and slippers.

Good breakfas t nd rooms excellent. Swimming pool excellent .Its small but good.

Room was great coffee and mini fridge is a bonus very quiet bed comfortable.

The hotel is modern, very well maintained, excellent rooms, excellent cable TV system that is easy to use, good parking, friendly, competent staff.

It's a great hotel with spacious room and comfortable beds. Salt swimming pool and a hot tub is a big bonus. Very good buffet breakfast - lots of variety of food including eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal, dry fruits, nuts, etc. The server Daniela was amazing - always attentive to customer needs. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Breakfast was fresh and had great selection. Room is very modern and had all the amenities that we needed. We really liked that we had the option to cast to our TV in the room and watch the shows we pay for on our streaming services.
