Overview
Hostellerie Le Castellas Les Collectionneurs is a 17th-century residence located in the heart of Collias. Its enclosed courtyard is full of trees and flowers and has an outdoor heated swimming pool with a counter-current swimming option. Guest rooms are individually decorated in a Baroque, modern or a chic style. Free WiFi access and a flat-screen TV are both provided. On the terrace, you can enjoy lunch under the wisteria in the garden. You can also savour regional cuisine for dinner or enjoy wine-tasting on site. This hotel was quirky and individual. Our room made us smile. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The building was beautiful. The garden and pool area was also lovely for a drink and to sit in and we had a very good meal sitting outside. The staff were attentive and helpful.

We recently stayed at this incredibly elegant hotel in France and couldn’t have been more delighted. The location is absolutely spectacular, with a wonderful, breathtaking view from our window. It was such a peaceful and pleasant place to unwind. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast—served with elegance and class, it was a real treat each morning. We are already looking forward to coming back and experiencing it all over again. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

The breakfast, and all the food at this lovely, gastronomic hotel, is fantastic. Our hosts were lovely and helpful. Having stayed here before, I know the rooms differ and are a bit quirky. Hey, it's an historic building with character. The rooms at Le Castellas do not disappoint. Our breakfasts and dinners were outstanding!

“Lovely place but go there for the amazing food!”
The food was great, for dinner there was little choice but that wasn’t necessary because the flavours were exceptional! The village is quiet and authentic and beautiful and the hotel has lots of character. Friendly welcome, even for our dog.
