“Highly Disappointing”
The lobby is very nice, and gives the appearance of a beautiful, modern hotel. The staff that we interacted with (2 people) were nice.

The house keeping services is hopeless. Their phone is always busy. When we report to the front desk they ask to call the housekeeping and they disconnected the phone. We are not happy with the housekeeping. When my son went to the gym and asked the restaurent for glass a water. $2 was charged for the water. What service is this ? The hotel is not value for money.
