The owners speak good English, they are very kind. They will go far and beyond to meet your needs.

Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The place is located in a local neighborhood which was a good experience. Within walking distance to town centre, touristy places and the lake.

“Wonderful hostel”

This is a great hostel, simple,warm and with all your need for a good rest. Leandra makes everything possible to make your stay comfortable and wonderful. It has a restaurant downstairs where you can taste generous chilean dishes. Very tasty. I was given a soup the day after my trekking which I was very thankful considering my 4 days trekking exhaustion. I had to extend my reservation due to bad weather and they were very flexible.. It was possible to leave my luggage during my trekking. The city center is 10-15min easy walk from the hostel. I would definitely come back here.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with good heating. The bathroom was also clean with a great hot shower. The breakfast was filling and tasty, the other food offered in the restaurant downstairs was delicious and great value. The staff were all great, special thanks to Leandra for being so kind and taking such great care of us! You could tell she really cared, thanks so much!

The hotel is very conveniently located from the bus terminal. The room was very comfortable with plenty of windows for ventilation, and the restaurant downstairs is very decent. They also prepare your breakfast the night before and leave it in the fridge for you in case you need to leave very early in the morning.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very friendly and helpful owners. Was able to keep luggage for a few days even though I didn't have an upcoming booking. Good breakfast and great restaurant attached.

Great little place very close to the bus terminal: convenient if you need to catch an early bus. Super friendly personnel. I had a very comfortable 2 nights here.

The bed and pillows were súper comfy. The room had satellite TV, so it was nice to being able to watch movies. The room was clean and the place very quiet.
