This was a beautiful property with everything you could think of provided, plus more! It was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view over the ocean and towards the Harbour area. Very close to town, directly across from the ocean on a quiet street.

Stunning property with ample space and everything you could possibly need in the property. My only fault with the property is that it’s a bit far from the town center. But we orders in food which worked out fine Unfortunately the weather was not in our favour so we didn’t use the pool. But did walk to the beach straight across the road.

Great location - opposite beach. Level 8. Looking east over the ocean. Beautiful unit. Well decorated. Generous provisions including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, toiletries. Secure, underground car spaces.

I loved this place! The location is superb, and the facility is amazing. The property's name says it all in that you really get the views and sounds of the sea. A quick walk to Hoey Moey and/or the Bowls Club. Fantastic!!!!

everything was perfect from the perfect location to the perfect property and host. it is hands down the best place I have ever stayed at. The sincere, welcoming and clear correspondence was incredible. The property was so inviting and easily accessible, while the perfect beach decor and hand written messages (instructions and location of all products throughout)from the host were heartfelt and terrific. myself, my wife and my children loved everything about the entire experience, from the apartment itself with its cleanliness, magnificent homely feel, breathtaking views, closeness to wonderful Coffs Harbour (Awesome big banana and fun park, butterfly house, markets, plazas, Views, beaches, streets, parks, Jetty, friendly people etc), board/card games (even though I lost trivia and UNO😀), to the extended building and amenities, with the pristine pool, awesome spa, basketball ring, tennis, etc. We didn’t want to leave and we are planning an annual trip here as it is a gem 😆

The owner was amazing, she assisted us greatly getting into the apartment when Reception was not available. The apartment was impeccable every thing was thought of and the homely touches made this an amazing place to stay for a get away. Everything was clean and we could not have enjoyed ourselves any more than we did.
