“C103 Minimalist modern design”
Parking spot is nice and close to unit. The unit was initially clean looking but the floors were dirty, making the shoes of our feet dirty that you needed to wash them before bed each night. Armed security guards were a surprise. They said the area can be dangerous. We felt very safe. Nice to see birds and the iguanas around the property. This unit is not in the buildings with the pools. That was not mentioned in the description of the unit. It is not a far walk to the pools 5 minutes. Most full time or longterm rents use golf carts to get around.
