“Wonderful stay, perfect for a solo traveller”

Laura was absolutely fantastic, as were the entire staff! The location is perfect - safe and close to everything, but quiet and private. I felt extremely comfortable as a woman travelling alone. Breakfast options were excellent. Room and pool were gorgeous! AC was definitely needed and appreciated

Really nice pool area, very inviting. Clean and safe place. Nice staff. Ideal location. I left my headphones there and the owner called me and coordinated with another guest to return them to me. Huge gracias for that!

Very nice small hotel. Owner/manager, Laura, very personable. Checked you in herself showing you room, needed info etc. The room was pleasantly large. Had many things other places lacking: hangers, full length mirror, safe, keyless entry to room as well as gate and car gate. Pool was very nice as well, very clean with nice loungers and a swing! Location great too...walking distance to town center and beach.

Highlight of our trip. Great location, lovely people, nice rooms. Special thanks to Laura, she was amazingly friendly and stopped often to say hi and try to chat with my dad, it really made his stay awesome!

Laura’s House truly lives up to its name. Laura, the owner, offers a warm and welcoming home to her guests. She is very kind, attentive, and helpful, and the same goes for her staff. The beds are extremely comfortable, the shower has consistently warm water, and everything is spotlessly clean. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos. I would definitely come back.

Very nice B&B, clean room with TV and air-conditioning. Super close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants.

“Great budget stay in Coco.”

The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was on the small side, but had hot water. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very helpful.

Laura was super responsive to any questions I had. The hotel was very clean and had all basic needs. Free wifi and TV. Refrigerator. No coffee maker.

Great little place. Clean and all in working order. Less than 5 mins from the beach and less than 10 mins from the main restaurant & stores area.

“It's the simple things that make a perfect stay.”

Pool is a great size for a dip to cool down in the hot afternoon. The location was perfect for me, as I like to be a little off the main busy areas. But, it's a good 10 minute walk to everything. Checks all the boxes for me, where someone who doesn't like to walk at all could be a little closer to the noise.

The pool was a total bonus, apart from the location, the security of the parking lot and also the attention was excellent.

“A spotless, quiet, nearly perfect little gem”

We were happy to find that not much has changed at Laura's House since our first stay there in 2018. The grounds and the rooms are still very well kept; it is still very quiet and secure; and the value truly can't be beat. The small on-site cafe (which only serves breakfast) has a fairly limited menu but varied enough to offer something for everyone at a very reasonable price. We particularly enjoyed the fruit/granola/yogurt bowl which was big and freshly prepared. Located on a side street a couple blocks from the main road it's a short, maybe 5 minute walk to everything--the beach, restaurants, a large supermarket, small shops, etc. Laura and her efficient, always smiling staff (Elena and Lisbeth during our stay) are simply the best. If we are lucky enough to visit Coco again, we will definitely hope to stay at Laura's House.
