Everything! Location, building, parking available at a very affordable cost. Marc kindly gave us recommendations of what to do and see, and provided a good restaurant list too. Bakery is downstairs and again, very well priced and convenient. Seeing the top of the castle from the kitchen table and the bedroom was fantastic. Shower pressure was out of this world, I miss it already!

“A perfect stay in the heart of the city!”
We had an amazing two-day stay here! The room was perfect, featuring a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher). It had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable: • Right in the city center and close to all sights. • The castle is also not far and definitely worth a visit! • The boat tours are just a short walking distance away. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with detailed info on parking and the self check-in process well in advance. Super smooth and very welcoming. 10/10, would definitely stay here again!

“Highly recommended. A wonderful property in a beautiful location!”
We stayed in the Deluxe Suite on the top floor of a very impressive and imposing looking building, with direct access to the lift from our living area, which was a real bonus. The property is in an excellent location, facing the river and within easy walking distance of the beautiful main town, but far enough away to be quiet. We found it very clean, modern and well equipped. Cochem was a great place to explore the local area, as well as a wonderful destination in its own right. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

“Best Place In Cochem”
Everything. The location was right by the river and steps away from old town. The Deluxe Apartment offered a great view of the castle and was clean, quiet, comfortable with great air conditioning. The host provided us with a quick introduction and brochures of what to see and do in Cochem. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Just wonderful!

The location was perfect for getting into town, with beautiful views. The host made parking available which was also incredibly convenient. The place itself was perfect for the weekend, and it had a great shower and lounge with a comfy sleeper couch (and two single beds but we opted for a couch).

Great location, amazing view from the windows, plenty of light, good size of the room. Across a park and surrounded of green. Everything was new, from sheets to towels.
