The hotel was so clean We had a family room that was big enough for 5 to 6 people.3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet It felt like a house without a kitchen. Good breakfast was included. Free parking next to hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Zur schönen Aussicht in Cochem! The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to start the day well. There’s also a market right next to the hotel, which is very handy. One thing to keep in mind is that on Sundays, not much is open in the area, so it’s a good idea to plan ahead if you want snacks or water. The hotel does have a vending machine, but prices are a bit higher. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the cleanliness and organization of the hotel were absolutely impeccable. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely stay here again!

A lot of room in the family room. Ideal for travel with 3 friends. We enjoyed separate bedrooms. Although toilet room and bathroom are outdated they are very functional and clean. Enjoyed the old style radiator keeping the towels nice and warm. All three bedrooms also had outside screens making the rooms quiet and dark. Good coffee and breakfast as well. Next to the hotel free parking and a supermarket as well. And just behind the hotel starts a nice hiking trail towards a viewpoint on the Cochem Castle. And with a little detour you can walk to the castle.

15 minutes walking to city center, nice options for breakfast (you can make your own pancakes!) supermarket 1 minute walking, quiet and clean place.

“Small hotel with everything you need”
We had a room with view of the Mosel and Burg, simply stunning and the breakfast offered lots of choice. The buffet included boiled and scrambled eggs, Nürnberger sausages, slices of different breads, sweet and savoury rolls, cheeses, charcuterie, olives, pancakes, yogurts, jams, orange and mixed juice, cereals, fruit, coffee, tea and more - it was all delicious. I also loved the access to local wines and snacks during all hours which could be paid for on the spot using a QR code. Staff was also very helpful and friendly and the beds comfy.
