Good location, very beautiful hotel. But the staff representation was terrible. There was a guest who parked in the hotel parking lot in a disgusting manner, without consideration for others, and I am a disabled woman. And we had to look for parking far away and pay for it because someone was so bold as to take up 2 parking spaces with one car. But if there was a staff representation at the front desk, I would have contacted them and asked them to tell that guest to move the car and allow us to park.

It is a beautiful historic, tastefully restored hotel with modern facilities. Just off the city centre with quite a lot of private car parking which suited us as we had been driving for 8 hours. The hotel was really accommodating when we had to move our dates by 24 hours as we had car problems before we left the UK. Really comfortable bed and large bedroom with coffee making facilities. Quirky old wooden staircase which is great but could be a problem if you have mobility problems. Really recommend it for a stay in Coburg, we will be returning,
