“Cozy and peacful b&b at Coaticook”
Our host Patrick was super friendly and welcoming and gave us great advice on what to do in town. The rooms had a good size with confortable beds and a nice common area with everything we needed. The breakfast was very tasty as well.

The hosts were so kind and welcoming. Nice rooms and decorations. Everything was more than clean. A typical B&B place as I know it from Ireland/UK. Such a wonderful breakfast with pancakes, blueberry cake. And a large plate of fruit. Coaticook itself is a nice place as well with beautiful surroundings (parks, farms, mountain views), totally underestimated in Quebec. Unfortunately we only had one night there but we would have loved to stay longer

Some things were fine: the televisions, the internet, the breakfasts, the shared shower (but a shower and toilet in one room for seven people is not comfortable)

“We could not stay here...”
We actually never ended up staying here. We checked in around 11:00 p.m. after our event, and was greeted by the owner at the door , an older man who looked disheveled . We had a look around, and decided that we could not stay the night here. This part of town seemed sketchy with block apartments across the street and industries. This is by far not a true bed and breakfast. The house was dark and dingy, smelled like cigarette smoke, and we could see hair and dust everywhere. The rooms were in the basement. We also noticed a few young men traipsing in and out of the house, as they were smoking on the balcony. We did not feel safe or comfortable and told the owner this. I've stayed in many bed and breakfasts before, and this is literally someone renting rooms out of a dingy home. The only thing I appreciated, was that the owner reimbursed us half our money. He told us this was not the first time people wanted their money back.

Patrick, the host, is a wonderful person and made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, especially the fresh made crepes, they were delicious.

“Excellent stay with a lot of extras and comfort”
I stayed with my partner and my dog. Patrick and Nathalie were absolutely welcoming. They prepared a comfy blanket for the dog and provided some welcome treats for her. We used the hot top and it was absolutely relaxing and amazing. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the common area felt like home. We thought it can't be better, but then they gave us their homemade breakfast. We eat vegan and they provided vegan waffles and muffins and a lot of fruit. That was the cherry on the cake for sure! Thanks Patrick and Nathalie! 1000% recommended!

The place is located in the most amazing surroundings, it is extremely beautiful just to drive around in the area. And the town itself is also lovely! The hosts are amazing people, very kind! They gave us a detailed map of the town, with all the restaurants! The breakfast is handmade, and VERY delicious, especially the croissants! I can highly recommend this place!
