When I checked in, there were some problems caused by me. Justice and Elizabeth at a reception helped me to manage the situation. Their kindness made my stay here great ! Plus, a male manager next to Justice was also attentive and supportive.

This was a last minute booking enroute from Yosemite to LA. It was such a relief to find such a beautiful hotel, with many food options, very comfortable and quiet rooms as well as helpful, friendly staff. I have travelled to the USA on multiple occassions and I would rate this as one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the USA and very good value for money. Also security was top notch - checked our passports/ID everytime we wanted to get to our room. Heaps of parking available in main carpark but also can have valet parking.

The room was large and very comfortable. We felt very secure in our room as we had to show photo ID to security to go towards bedrooms.

Comfortable hotel on the way to Yosemite National Park. I highly enjoyed the swimming pool for relaxing in the evening.

The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Jacob at front desk. Lots of food options available on site. The room was also a very spacious and the bed was comfortable. A great location if you want to visit Yosemite national park.

“TERRIBLE”

I hated the hotel, it was a hideous stance, I was with my girls friend, we could smell the cigarette smoke everywhere I wouldn’t recommend this place. The smell, the service was terrible, we didn’t even end up staying because the smell was unbearable.

In advance, we read some complaints about the rooms and the smell of smoke. However, we did not experience this; the room was free of any smoke odor, and the beds were comfortable. Also, the security in the hallways was a point of concern in some reviews, but we actually found it to be a positive aspect; it provides a sense of safety. Parking is free. The Wi-Fi is fast. It’s close to Yosemite, all the staff are super friendly, and the food was good. We will definitely be coming back here!

Room was huge with separate bedroom and living room area. Same with Bathroom two separate bathrooms. Excellent service once I reached there, Staff was very polite and helpful. Really nice view from the window. Watching Sunrise from the room was breathtaking.

We liked the comfort.

We stayed for one night while we were driving through the national parks, so for us the location was good. Overall nice room, a little smoke smell from the casinos.
