Great value for money. The room is extremely clean, making you feel at ease the minute you enter. There are a few paid parking spots around the corner, and free parking only 500 meters further.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was immaculately clean. The owner was friendly, accommodating and understanding. The location is top notch and the breakfast we had was amazing. We loved the cafe where we had the breakfast. It was a lovely local cafe where folks gather around for breakfast and chat. We had a fantastic time in Clusone. Thank you Franca. See you again!

“Excellent B&B in old city”

The hospitable hostess is always in a good mood. In the common room there are free bottles of water, tea, coffee. There is also a common refrigerator. Tourist maps of Clusone and the surrounding area available also. There are several cafes nearby. The square with Orologio in a two-minute walk away.

“One night stay during my bicycle tour”

Nice B&B in Clusone centre. Clean rooms, coffee and water available all the time in breakfast room. Very friendly woman showed me everything needed when I arrived. The breakfast was at bar nearby (don't know if that was an exception in that day?), but anyway there was everything available I need in the morning.

As the name suggests the b&b is located in the centre of the town. Very friendly and helpful host. The room was EXCEPTIONALY clean.You can make yourself tea and coffee in the dining area floor below for free.

“Great location, perfect hospitallity...”

Our host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Although we exceeded the last check-in time by exactly 1 hour due to the heavy traffic in Milan, our host waited for us in an extremely kind way and thus we were able to check into the hotel. Otherwise, we would probably have to sleep in the car at 9 o'clock at night. Our hotel was right in the centre of Clusone. To put it bluntly, it might be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. There was not a gram of dust even on the edge of the floor tiles. The room decor was covered with postcards and airline tickets left by previous guests. This was really a very motivating touch. Morning, after having breakfast for free in a nice restaurant 2 minutes away, we continued to explore this beautiful town. Clusone was a renaissance town that I discovered by chance and to be honest, my expectations were not very high at first. However, after visiting it, I can easily say that I was surprised. I really did not expect to see such a beautiful, friendly town. Imagine a small Florence or Verona, surrounded on 4 sides by the high Dolomites mountains. Moreover, you can eat, and drink wine and coffee with local people who enjoy life rather than the masses of tourists. It was an astonishing day that left its mark. I recommend it.

The staff were lovely, very welcoming. I could help myself to tea and coffee in their welcoming area, and the included breakfast, provided by a local cafè, was delicious, I am totally satisfied with my stay, the town is beautiful, and it is a 10 minute walk away from the bus stop.
