Fantastic place to stay to explore the Cluny area. Bastian is a great host and took care of us impeccably.

The welcome was very warm, as was the property (for which we were incredibly grateful as it was freezing outside!). Our suite was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast room was well set out, with lots of options, both hot and cold.

Beautiful location, stunning old city of Cluny. The owner was delightfully pleasant making great efforts to communicate in English. Breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful property in a fabulous location just outside Cluny. Lovely terrace with great views over the town and valley. Huge room with large bath & sink in the room. The owner was friendly and efficient when he showed us the room.

We loved the location with beautiful views of the countryside around Cluny. Our room was fresh and spacious. The bedding was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of variety. We would definitely stay again.

Location dreadful.Needed car to get into town. Gate locked and opened dead on 5. Left waiting outside. Bedroom too large because incorporated the bathroom!! Not necessary and was not touched by us as far too complicated. Lights on timer!!

Very comfortable. Very helpful. Used some bikes for the day. But they needed some maintenance. Good breakfasts. Easy walk into the town for evening meals and sightseeing. Use of room for picnics.

We were met by the owners at the gate as we arrived. Well situated close to the small town. There has been an obvious ongoing attempt to upgrade the facilities.

“Beautiful suite in an idyllic location”

The breakfast was standard French continental, but that was as expected. It was a little way outside Cluny itself - easily walkable in principle, but unlit after dark. The view across the fields to the Abbey and the Burgundy hills was idyllic, but a little restricted from the bedroom itself. The Saint Lazare suite we had was beautifully furnished, and very reasonably priced. The on-site proprietors were very friendly and spoke very clear French.
