“Baddest experience ever”
We didnt like anything at all, they put us in a bunker with no windows, I want my money back. Booking sould us the idea of a house not a bunker

On the first day of our stay, we found and had to kill 3 cockroaches (see photos). This, of course, meant that we couldn't stay. Unfortunately, Booking.com and our host have yet to contact us with reasonable compensation for the trouble and expense we suffered in finding last-minute, sanitary accommmodations.

“I was having surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. The home was close enough to the clinic.”
There weren’t any extra blankets. We had to turn up the heat. It worked out though.
