Dirty room - not cleaned up the room, found lots of unknown hairs everywhere… unpleasant. Requested 2 blankets at the reception but no one showed up. Followed up the staff but they didn’t take immediate action, finally a staff brought one blanket though we asked 2 blankets…

The hotel was nice but it was small. The room was small The beds were small. I stayed at many suite hotels this hotel only had a small fridge and a microwave compared to others that have a full fridge and a cooktop. It was just a very small hotel. They offered maid service but only once during an 8day trip.would have loved to know that before hand. They offered bellman services but he did not help us. They pushed the cart to the room we had to pack the cart and push it down stairs and packed the the car. What was the point in having him there I don't know. We chose this hotel because of that service. We were billed for local calls a feature that we were not aware of. In other hotels they would have the card next to the phone with the rates but that was not available to us. So we were shocked to see that we were billed for calls. It's an okay hotel. The food was okay on the morning buffet and room service. But late night the food is prepared They should look into having an overnight cook.

“Clean hotel. Friendly and courteous staff”
Staff went above and beyond. Much appreciated as my dad is in the cardiac ICU at the Cleveland Clinic following open heart surgery.
