“there is no parking, this is a big minus, full of shit”
in the hotel on my floor several black women were fighting half the night no security guard calmed them down I was awake the whole time. and I didn't like it when you turn on the heater or A/C the frame in the door touches other metal very loudly, your worker who repairs the room has hands growing out of his ass, Holiday in outside of America is much better than here.

The breakfasts were satisfying with good variety. The room was great. Staff was helpful and responded to our requests. Valet parking responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay in Cleveland.

“GREAT! 10 out of 10 recommend”
The receptionist was great!! Very helpful. I'm so thankful. We checked in around midnight. My mom and I were staying because my nephew was in the hospital and ended up not making it. This lady made us feel welcomed and have a little peace. I wish I would have gotten her name. We need more people like her in this world. 10 out of 10 would recommend 💜
