Easily accessible in the heart of Clemson

Breakfast was fine. Location was very good! The young gentleman at the front desk was fantastic- very friendly, professional, helpful.

Location is quite OK close to the university - good for people coming to visit. Small but convenient swimming pool on a quiet place behind the hotel. The hotel would be quite convenient if one gets a room with windows facing outside (see negative comment). WIFI working well.

The location was about the only thing we liked at this property.

I booked two rooms several months ago for my daughters graduation. We arrived at the hotel planning to shower and dress, we were in the lobby for over 45 minutes, at first KiKi at the front desk issued one room, then i told her that I had reserved two rooms, and she said she didnt have another available. With no communication, she then went in the back and then left the front desk for 20 minutes. I had asked for the rooms to be together. Along with the GM JeLisa Robinson, who also left, while we were in the lobby several other guests had issues with their rooms and were looking for staff, we told them they had gone somewhere. Sometime later, both kiki and JeLisa showed up and said they had the other room, which I believe they cleaned during this time. Found hairs in the bathroom. I asked the manager to comp one of the rooms because at this point, we didn't have enough time to shower. Terrible experience!!!

“Comfy, stylish but not perfect”

The breakfast was plentiful, tasty and served well. The beds were neat, clean and comfy. The room was decorated stylishly, had fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Overall appearance of room, lobby and breakfast area was very suitable.

Tv broken, bathroom toilet seat broken, no sink stropper. Staff tried to fix, TV repeated to break down. Staff lovely but product poor. GM never came to assist and seemingly ignored us. Totally unacceptable for a prepaid room. Air conditioner very noisy. Pillows thin cotton boards.

The area and the staff was friendly and very helpful first day started rocky but the manger and staff changed that around they went out the way to make sure I had a great stay ..Josh helped me my first day so thank you he went out his way to make sure we was comfortable
