“Unfortunately disappointed”
I hate leaving bad reviews and I do appreciate that it's apparently not owned by a big company, however the hotel needs a lot of work doing to it before it becomes a similar standard to its neighbors. The location is great, our limited interactions with staff were all good, and we noticed that the pool has an accessible lift for those who need it which is a nice touch. Parking was easy too.

“Nice”
The hotel is very central. Everything is close by. In fact, when we arrived, we parked the car and didn't use it. Having everything and being able to walk is important to me when we went home.

“Nice hotel with private beach, we can fully recommend.”
We stayed at the hotel on our way from Sarasota to Tampa. The hotel is small compared to those around. It is not new but in very good condition. Everything was clean, the rooms are well equipped and big enough. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the heated pool with the deck near to the private beach. The Beach was very nice, too. We can fully recommend and will come back, for sure.

“Good location on Clearwater Beach”
The hotel was well situated. Close enough (5-10 minutes) from the main beach which you could walk. If you don't want to walk the beach they had their own private beach and pool and hot tub. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Free parking was a bonus.

“Relaxation by the sea”
The location is amazing , and for the price to be right on the water is incredible. This was my second visit in 6 months. I loved being able to walk out the door and sit in the sand and watch the beautiful sunsets every night I was there.

Pool small but nice for a quick dip. Nice bit of beach with sunset views. An easy 20 minute walk to pier 60.

“Good location, friendly and helpful staff, but needs a refurb.”
Pool, deck, pool towels, close proximity to shops, bars and restaurants. Beds comfy bedroom area was sufficient. Fridge worked well (but froze some of the liquids) Had to change rooms due to toilet constantly refilling and was noisy. No drama with changing rooms and receptionist was great in dealing with that.
