The room was very clean and spacious, with very nice beds and a very nice view of the sea. The pool was super nice to sit in the afternoon, and the extra towels provided for the pool were a nice touch. I have seen comments on the breakfast not being good; however, we thought that it was very nice with enough options. There was an oatmeal bar to prepare your own oatmeal, coffee, juice, yoghurt, a bagel table as well as a table with some daily choices such as eggs, biscuit sandwich, etc. On the weekend, there was also an extra waffle table to make your own fresh waffles and add the toppings of your liking. The breakfast area is not that big, but we never had any problems finding a nice table. There is tea and coffee available all day, and an ice machine on every floor (this is extra info for people from Europe). The beach is just a 4-minute walk from the hotel, and it is as good as the main beach of the island. The golf carts provided as a service from the hotel to get you to the beach or the restaurants were also very convenient.

“A great little hotel!”

The room was very clean and comfortable with great views, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The valet would happily take you anywhere you wanted to go within the resort (and pick you up again!) in the complimentary golf buggy, which was excellent. The beach was amazing, one of the best I have ever seen!

Perfect location, close to all amenities and the beach but far enough so that it was nice and quiet. The room was clean and spacious, very comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Thank you!

Good accommodation and good breakfast. Good location. The “ride” system with the golf cart is interesting…..but the free service is very well paid for by the exorbitant price (and no justification for charging) for parking

“It was a terrible 10 days indeed!! PRISON!!”

We have been coming here for 3 years, but this year the staff has changed. Especially the Taiwanese receptionist woman at the reception was extremely rude!! Only the children who took us to the sea by shuttle were friendly. We couldn't get along because the house keeping staff did not speak English, and they did not do their job well at all!! Our room was dirty. .we had to tell the reception every day!!Also, Netflix did not work because our TV in our room was old!! The attendant could not do it!! The lobby is incredibly cold!! We warned many times that we had a patient, but stubbornly no arrangements were made, we were really cold as if we were in a glacier hotel in Siberia. I even witnessed some customers watching the match with blankets in the lobby! !I caught the flu at the hotel!!I was so cold!!I can say that it was the first time in my life that I encountered such a barbaric hotel!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and the hotel is close to the beach.
