“Too expensive for a cold an dark room - a typical midclass or lower hotel but price for upper class”
Good was the cleaning service and amount of towels Bad is are the lights - to dark and every light must be turned on and off separately The room was cold and difficult heat It was either to cold or to warm and the temperature controller was difficult to use- no manual or instructions or it was defect The blanket was too cold for that temperature- no separate blankets available Positiv the nice lady at the breakfast- negativ we waited much to long for our breakfast even it was empty at 6:30 AM I asked to change my invoice Adress and I wrote it down and explained to the receptionist but he hasn’t change it even after confirming. When I saw it, it was too late and I got informed it can’t be corrected I will add this feedback also in booking and google If there would be a better opportunity close I would not go there again

“Luxurious”
The food was expensive and so was the hotel. But the pool was beautiful and having poolside waitstaff was wonderful. The restaurant was also very good and the staff were very accomadating. The gym was gorgous and the ILLY coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus. Bed very comfortable.

Restaurant staff and service was very sub par. Waited 20 minutes just for a menu and once ordered, my order was incorrect.
