“Very clean and modern”
Modern, clean, comfortable, large, well appointed room with a very nice bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised. A good location only a 200m walk to a barely used public beach with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very nice views of the sea and sunset.

Quite a perfekt room for a couple of days next to the adriatic sea. As nearly always at the adriatic coast, you are very close top the Railway also, which is parallel to the coast. But the windows and doors of the entire accomodation are also new like the hole place and isolating extremly good. So it's fine. I had a good time there. Easy Access also and parking directly at the house.

“We loved this accommodation and location.”
Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! The little balcony that opens to the sea was probably the highlight of this accommodation. The private beach right in front was perfect for sunbathing and walking, unless you want access to bars and beach service. We loved Civitanova, it is a gem! We did however have a car and I think you need one for this location. We also appreciated the direct contact either through email or phone with our hosts

“Super comfortable room, beautiful decor and excellent beds!”
The room was absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was very efficient. We liked the fact that the space is really modern and the balcony is handy if you want to relax. The room is really spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We had a great night's sleep.
