The atmosphere for the breakfast is tipicaly Italian - you will eat surrounded by old bricks, lemon trees, and beautiful garden full of olive trees. The owner, Miss Sandra will offer her own home made marmelades (exquisite!), fresh fruit, olives and delicious home made bread with nuts (among other things). But the most spectacular is her cappuccino made with the traditional crema napoletana - made the way like they used to make it centuries ago!

Sandra was a fantastic host. We felt like we had been adopted by an Italian family. Room and location is great, probably the best in Civitanova Marche.

Friendly owner. We felt so welcome and like at home. We came very late and she waited and introduced us the place. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Own bread and best coffee I have ever had :)

The property is amazing, in the middle of an old olives garden, with a fantastic view towards the seaside. The evening breeze was an extra plus. A lot of space for an active and dynamic kid who enjoys exploring. We stopped at the property for 2 nights on our way to Puglia. We took advantage of its vicinity to the seaside to do some sun and sea but also enjoyed the silence and cool breeze in the evening. The position is perfect for someone who enjoys the seaside but runs away from the rumours and chaotic evenings along the seaside. The b&b is quite, easy to reach and perfect for families. Clean, with a rich offer for breakfast and full availability of the owner.

“Exceeded our expectations”

The host was very cordial and friendly and provided complete and comprehensive information about how to get to the place and about the services offered. The house is gorgeous and situated in a magnificent environment with a large well maintained garden with a relaxing atmosphere and a wonderful view. The bed was large and comfortable. A lovely rich breakfast was served by the host with a presentation and tasting of some home made products (cakes, jam, olive oil, etc.). In total a very nice experience which exceeded our expectations.
