“Handy location, spacious villa, lovely garden and pool area.”
The villa as displayed in the brochure pictures undersells a lovely house. The bedrooms are a good size; the building has two toilets (one downstairs adjacent to the utility room) and spacious lounge / dining / kitchen area. The veranda and picnic bench for eating outside are good and large; the pool bigger than many private villa pools; and the garden both pretty and offering plenty of shade. The location is handy for the hypermarket (not just food but handy hardware and clothes e.g. sunhats!); and is no more than 10 minutes from a nearby beach (and two good pizza restaurants) and only about 20 minutes walk into the old town.

“Thank you, we loved your house Vincent and would definitely come back.”
The property has the most beautiful garden and fabulous pool area. We saw lots of wildlife and some beautiful flowers blooming. It was very close to Cuitadella old town, just a six minute drive. Also Diskont store was walking distance, just around the corner. The house was well equipped and barbecue briquettes and matches were left for us and much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay.

“Highly recommend”
Location was great. Very easy access walking into the town for all the restaurants and also walking distance to the pick up point for our hire car - plenty of space for parking on the road. Lovely spacious villa - owner gave us some fab restaurant recommendations. Pool was a definite bonus. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

“Lovely villa close to town with a great pool and big sized bedrooms”
the location of the property was perfect easy to walk into town and also has free parking onn the road. The pool was perfect for the warm weather and great to entertain some family who live close by.
