I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the main street and felt very safe, which was important as a solo traveller. The bed was super comfortable, and the service truly stood out. A big thank you to Ona at reception for being so lovely and helpful—she went above and beyond, from holding my bags after check-out to lending me a beach umbrella and giving great restaurant tips. Communication with both Ona and Milen was excellent—always quick and helpful. Highly recommend!

The small boutique hotel is so clean and stylish. Hotel is in a great location in Ciutadella. A Vibrant busy city with lots of old colourful buildings . Melinka and Ona along with the lady who cleaned my room were so warm and friendly. It was a perfect break away made so welcome by the friendliness of the lovely staff. Thank you so much,
